  • All custom orders come with a non-negotiable, non-refundable 50% deposit. This is required before the order is started.
  • We have the right to deny service to anyone we chose.
  • We have the right to cancel orders. If this occurs you will receive notification and be messaged about a refund.
  • Seal can only be sold inside of Canada.
